Antonia Antonia AntoniaCOLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) The man who was arrested has been charged with being an accessory following the actual murder related to the murder of Terrell Sims. Columbia Police Department officers had been looking for Sims during the Christmas holiday however, they were unable locate him. Police were able to arrest Taylor Wardlaw and charged him with accessory following the murder incident with regard to Sims' death. Eddie Brown, 30, has been charged as an accessory in the death of the Columbia Police Department, officials confirm. Sims was a 26-year-old man who was last seen in a residence in the area of Ervin Street in Columbia Dec. 20. The police say Sims' girlfriend Wardlaw was missing since December. 22. On Wednesday, a body was found near Monticello Road. Naida Rutherford The Richland County coroner confirmed that it belonged to Sims. Skip Holbrook of Columbia Police reports that Wardlaw was arrested for the murder of Sims and possessing weapons in a violent offense.
